ACCOMMODATION RULES

• Accommodation is available after a proper booking through Booking.com and a refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 or EUR 100 in cash to the landlord on the day of handover of the cottage. Check-in is possible on the day of arrival after 14:00, on the day of departure it is necessary to leave the property by 10:00. Guests have 2 sets of keys to the cottage.  The loss of one set of keys will be charged 1000 CZK.
• Guests will sign the GUEST BOOK. By signing in, guests confirm that they are familiar with the ACCOMMODATION RULES and that they are committed to abide by them. 
• Guests are responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of their minor children throughout the property. 
• There is a strict no smoking policy throughout the cottage.
• Guests are responsible for the equipment and inventory of the cottage. If the property of the landlord is damaged, the guest is obliged to report and pay for the damage. In case of damage, the damage is covered by the security deposit. In case of major damage, upon written request of the landlord, transfer to the landlord’s account. 
• Insurance of the stay – guests use the booked cottage at their own risk. For injuries, damage, destruction, theft of their property during their stay, as well as for damage caused by natural elements or disasters and for damages associated with these events, the cottage owner is not responsible. We therefore recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance before departure. 
• The landlord or a person authorized by him/her has the right to carry out a random inspection of the property during the stay. The reason for termination of the stay is the stay of unreported persons, violation of the prohibition of smoking in the premises of the cottage or destruction of inventory.
• In case of early termination of the stay, the amount paid for the stay will not be refunded.
• Guests are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in all areas /cleaning tools available/ and to hand over the property in the same condition as they took it over, in the kitchen washed and cleaned dishes. Otherwise, the deposit will be deducted from the amount of 2000 CZK. 
• When leaving the building, it is obligatory to secure the building against intrusion of unauthorized persons.
• Heating in the fireplace stove is only possible after training by the landlord.
• To increase the temperature and comfort of the guests, there are electric heaters or electric underfloor heating everywhere in the cottage. With respect for the environment, we ask guests not to overheat the cottage unnecessarily. In the event of excessive electricity consumption, this will be charged at the low direct heating rate of 7 CZK/kWh. Estimated daily consumption up to 15 kWh.
• The hoods must not be covered with anything, the heat vents must be free (do not dry anything on them!)
• There is a ban on handling the hot water boiler.
• It is forbidden to throw toiletries, wet wipes or any other waste into the toilet.
• In the cottage it is obligatory to change into home shoes.
• Cottage equipment must not be moved.
• Any defects found must be reported immediately to the landlord. 
• You are not allowed to use Wi-Fi coverage to download movies, suspicious files, …
• Pets are allowed only by prior agreement with the landlord, pet fee is not required.
• It is required to respect the night-time hours between 23:00 and 7:00.

• The boilers and underfloor heating are switched on for 20 hours a day, no heating or boiler water is heated outside the designated time. 
• The underfloor heating in the hallway and kitchen is set to manual mode, the desired temperature can only be adjusted when the direct heating tariff is on.
• Control the underfloor heating in the bathroom with a wheel, or switch on the electric ladder.
• Room heaters can only be controlled by the dial on the heater, position 3 sufficiently heats the whole room.
